Revised 'Sitting on the Fence' presentation

The Very Reverend Doctor Kenneth Norman Ernest Newell is an Irish Presbyterian minister. He served as Moderator of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland (June 2004-2005) and was the minister of Fitzroy Presbyterian Church.

Ken's time as a minister has been marked by a commitment to peacemaking. He was responsible for building relationships with representatives of different communities in Belfast.

On Pentecost Sunday 31st May 2009, Very Rev Dr Ken Newell (Presbyterian Church) and Fr Gerry Reynolds (Clonard Monastery) engaged in an inter-church dialogue with over 100 participants on the topic 'No Sitting on the Fence: Reconciliation in Scripture and on the Streets.'
